1. Food & Beverage Orders

  • Once an order is prepared and delivered, it cannot be returned due to food safety regulations.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Order was not delivered
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Food quality did not meet reasonable standards

3. Process for Refunds

  • Contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, receipt, and a description of the issue.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4. Bakery & Café Retail Items (Non-Food)

  • Non-food packaged items (e.g., merchandise, packaged bakery goods) can be returned within 7 days of purchase if unopened and in original condition.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.
